M2-KK360 Smart Peristaltic Pump for Precision Liquid Transfer and Dispensing
The Kamoer M2-KK360 is a compact smart peristaltic pump designed for precise liquid transfer, dispensing, and continuous fluid delivery.
Powered by a stepper motor, the pump offers a speed range of 0.1–350 rpm with a fine adjustment resolution of 0.1 rpm, helping users achieve stable and repeatable liquid delivery across different operating conditions. It is available with both single-channel and dual-channel KK360 pump heads and supports continuous operation, quantitative dispensing, RS485 communication, and external foot-switch control.
Precise Stepper Motor Control
Accurate motor control is fundamental to repeatable peristaltic pumping.
The M2-KK360 uses a stepper motor to precisely regulate pump speed from 0.1 to 350 rpm. Fine 0.1 rpm speed adjustment allows users to optimize the flow rate according to tubing size, liquid characteristics, and dispensing requirements.
This makes the pump particularly suitable for laboratory and automated fluid-handling applications where consistency between dispensing cycles is important.
Dual-Channel Staggered-Rotor Design for Reduced Pulsation
One of the key advantages of the dual-channel M2-KK360 is its staggered-rotor pulsation reduction design.
The two pump channels use staggered rotor positions so that the flow pulses generated by one channel are partially compensated by the other. When the two fluid paths are connected in parallel, this significantly reduces the overall pulsation compared with a conventional single-channel peristaltic pump.
The result is a smoother liquid output, helping to greatly improve dispensing accuracy and repeatability, particularly in applications involving quantitative filling, reagent addition, or other processes sensitive to instantaneous flow fluctuations.
When operated in parallel, the dual-channel configuration can also provide approximately twice the flow capacity of a single channel. The product manual specifically notes that the parallel dual-channel configuration reduces pulsation while doubling the single-channel flow.
Flexible Flow Range with Multiple Tubing Options
The M2-KK360 supports multiple tubing sizes in both PharMed BPT and silicone materials, allowing users to configure the pump for different flow requirements.
Depending on the tubing selected, the single-channel version provides reference flow rates ranging from approximately 14 mL/min to 360 mL/min at 350 rpm under the specified test conditions.
The pump head also incorporates an adaptive tubing-clamping mechanism, making it easier to work with different tubing specifications and enabling quick tubing replacement.
Because the fluid only contacts the tubing, changing tubing also simplifies maintenance and helps reduce cross-contamination between different liquids.
Continuous and Quantitative Dispensing Modes
The M2-KK360 supports both continuous mode and quantitative dispensing mode, allowing one pump to serve multiple fluid-handling tasks.
Available functions include:
Start and stop
Forward and reverse operation
Speed adjustment
Flow calibration
Suck-back control
Quantitative dispensing
The suck-back function is especially useful after dispensing, helping reduce dripping at the outlet and improving the cleanliness and consistency of the dispensing process.
Simple Operation with a Compact Color Display
The M2-KK360 features a 1.8-inch color screen and a simple three-button control interface.
Its compact user interface allows operators to quickly adjust parameters without requiring a large control panel, making it well suited to laboratory benches and compact fluid-handling workstations.
RS485 Communication for Automated Systems
For applications requiring centralized control or multiple-pump operation, the M2-KK360 supports RS485 communication.
In addition to local button control, the pump can be controlled through RS485 or an optional foot switch. This gives users flexibility for both standalone operation and integration into automated liquid-handling systems.
RS485 connectivity is particularly useful when several pumps need to be coordinated within one experimental or production system.
Quick Tubing Replacement
Frequent tubing replacement is common in laboratory and dispensing applications, especially when different liquids need to be handled or contamination must be minimized.
The M2-KK360 is designed for quick tubing replacement, while its adaptive tubing-clamping structure accommodates multiple tubing specifications.
This helps reduce maintenance time and makes it easier to switch between different experimental or production tasks.
Typical Applications
Laboratory Liquid Transfer
The M2-KK360 can be used for reagent addition, sample preparation, continuous feeding, circulation, and quantitative liquid dispensing.
Its fine speed control and flexible operating modes make it suitable for research laboratories and general liquid-handling workflows.
Precision Dispensing
The dual-channel staggered-rotor configuration is particularly suitable for applications where low pulsation and dispensing repeatability are important.
By reducing instantaneous flow fluctuation, the pump can help improve the consistency of each dispensing cycle and support more precise liquid distribution.
Environmental Analysis
The pump can be integrated into environmental monitoring and analytical systems for reagent delivery, sampling, rinsing, and other precision liquid-handling processes.
Industrial Fluid Control
The M2-KK360 can also be used in industrial cutting, machining, and manufacturing processes where controlled fluid transfer is required.
