The Kamoer KP26-L mini diaphragm liquid pump delivers ≥300 mL/min flow, up to 50 m head, brushless motor performance, adjustable speed, and multiple wetted-material options.

KP26-L Mini Diaphragm Liquid Pump for Compact Fluid Systems

The Kamoer KP26-L is a compact diaphragm liquid pump developed for OEM equipment requiring stable liquid transfer, relatively high outlet pressure, low power consumption, and flexible speed control.

With a rated flow of at least 300 mL/min, a suction lift of at least 3 meters, and a rated head of up to 50 meters, the KP26-L is suitable for compact fluid systems where installation space and pressure performance are both important.

Compact Size, Strong Pressure Capability

Measuring approximately 48 mm in length and weighing around 55 g, the KP26-L can be integrated into space-limited instruments and automated equipment.

Despite its compact design, the pump can provide:

  • Flow rate of at least 300 mL/min

  • Suction lift of at least 3 m

  • Head of at least 30 m for 6 V models

  • Head of at least 50 m for 12 V models

  • Power consumption of no more than 3 W

The actual operating flow depends on system pressure, tubing resistance, liquid viscosity, temperature, and other application conditions.

Brushless Motor for Reliable Operation

The KP26-L uses a brushless DC motor to reduce mechanical wear and support long-term equipment operation.

The EPDM version has a documented service life of at least 10,000 hours, while the chemically resistant version has a documented service life of at least 5,000 hours under the specified test conditions.

The pump also supports dry running, helping it handle short periods of liquid interruption or initial system priming.

Adjustable Flow for OEM Integration

The KP26-L supports both on/off operation and external speed adjustment. Equipment manufacturers can regulate pump output using:

  • PWM control

  • 0–5 V analog voltage control

An FG feedback signal is also available for motor-speed monitoring, making the pump suitable for automated systems that require basic operating feedback and adjustable liquid delivery.

Two Wetted-Material Options

To support different liquid requirements, the KP26-L is available in two main material configurations.

EPDM Version

The KP26-L300-E uses EPDM for the diaphragm, valves, and seals. It is suitable for compatible water-based liquids and general liquid-transfer applications.

FKM/PTFE Version

The KP26-L300-V uses an EPDM and PTFE composite diaphragm together with FKM valves and seals, providing improved resistance to a wider range of chemicals.

Because liquid formulations vary, compatibility should always be confirmed using the actual medium before final equipment integration.

Typical Applications

Ink Transfer in Coding and Marking Equipment

The KP26-L can be used to transfer ink in coding, marking, and printing systems. Its compact dimensions and pressure capability make it suitable for overcoming resistance from tubing, filters, and other fluid-path components.

Washing Liquid Delivery in Medical Instruments

The pump can also be integrated into medical and laboratory equipment for transferring washing liquid, including needle-cleaning circuits and other automated rinsing processes.

Beyond these examples, the KP26-L can be evaluated for other compact liquid systems requiring controlled flow, self-priming performance, and relatively high discharge pressure.

Designed for Compact Equipment

Key advantages of the KP26-L include:

  • Compact and lightweight construction

  • High head for its size

  • Brushless DC motor

  • PWM and analog speed control

  • FG speed feedback

  • Dry-running capability

  • Low power consumption

  • EPDM and FKM/PTFE material options

  • 6 V and 12 V standard voltage options

These features make the KP26-L a practical pump solution for equipment manufacturers developing compact and reliable fluid-handling systems.
