KLVP6 Micro Diaphragm Pump for Vacuum and Gas Transfer
DIAPHRAGM GAS PUMPS

Kamoer KLVP6 micro diaphragm pump offers up to -0.095 MPa vacuum, multiple flow configurations, brushless motor operation, and PWM speed control.
KLVP6 Micro Diaphragm Pump for Vacuum and Gas Transfer
The Kamoer KLVP6 is a compact micro diaphragm pump designed for vacuum generation, gas transfer, and selected gas-liquid applications. It is suitable for integration into environmental monitoring equipment, laboratory instruments, medical devices, and industrial vacuum systems.
Flexible Pump Configurations
The KLVP6 is available in several configurations:
Single-head version for general gas transfer
Twin-head series version for deeper vacuum
Twin-head parallel version for higher gas flow
Threaded and hose-barb connection options
The twin-head series model can reach a rated vacuum of approximately -0.095 MPa, while the parallel version provides a rated gas flow of at least 12 L/min.
Reliable Brushless Motor
The standard KLVP6 uses a 12 V or 24 V brushless DC motor. When used as a gas pump under specified test conditions, its documented service life can reach at least 10,000 hours.
The pump supports:
PWM speed control
0–5 V analog control
FG speed feedback
Fixed-speed operation
These functions make it easier to integrate the pump into automated equipment.
Gas-Liquid Handling
Selected KLVP6 models can handle gas-liquid mixtures with a liquid proportion of up to 60%. This is useful in applications involving condensate, foam, droplets, or mixed waste.
The pump is not recommended for continuous water pumping. Medium compatibility should also be confirmed before use.
Typical Applications
The KLVP6 can be used in:
Gas sampling and environmental monitoring
Laboratory vacuum equipment
Medical and diagnostic instruments
Negative-pressure waste extraction
Industrial vacuum suction systems
Main Materials
The main fluid-contact materials include:
PPS pump head
EPDM diaphragm
EPDM valves and seals
Mineral oils and strongly corrosive media are not recommended. Chemical compatibility testing is advised for unfamiliar fluids.
Selecting the Right Model
Pump selection should consider:
Required flow rate
Operating vacuum
Gas or gas-liquid medium
Power supply
Connection type
Duty cycle
Chemical compatibility
Installation space
Actual flow varies with pressure, system resistance, temperature, and medium properties.
